The Bell Residential Sales & Distribution team is continuing to focus on the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) segment for the Ontario, Quebec & Atlantic regions.  There are more than 3 million residential condominium and rental units in these territories and Bell aims to gain and protect dominant share by leveraging its world-class Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) network.

The Role:

MDU Account Manager is responsible for managing Bell’s end-to-end relationships with MDU building Boards of Directors, on-site Property Managers and other key contacts.

Acting as a single-point-of-contact, each team member works to uncover and strengthen opportunities for Bell sales teams to present the company’s world class FTTH based, Fibe Internet, TV and Home Phone services to targeted building residents.


Reporting to the Group Manager – Partnership Sales, the successful candidate(s) will join of a team of enthusiastic and well organized professionals who all have a knack for high-level relationship management, negotiations and deal closing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Bell within the Greater Toronto Area condominium and rental building market, and specifically with Boards of Directors, Property Management companies, and Superintendents / Resident Managers
  • Ongoing communication and regular site visits to assigned buildings, with a goal of developing relationships and securing customer acquisition rights
  • Assist in the development of strategies to acquire new customers
  • Act as project manager for the preparation and execution of lead generation and referral programs
  • Provide a regular and formalized stream of project specific competitive intelligence

  • Exceptional relationship management skills including negotiation and closing, active listening, problem solving, creative thinking, regular client communication
  • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and qualify opportunities for new business
  • Experience in referral and lead generation programs
  • Comfortable executing tasks independently
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and negotiate with key industry contacts



Working Conditions:

  • This position requires being on the road to meet with key contacts; travel within the GTA 80% of the time
  • Must own a vehicle in good condition
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
