Are you a finance professional who has strong business acumen and wants to bring their skills to help drive Business results?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pricing and Offers, you will work as the glue between Pricing, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure pricing and offer strategies are aligned with governance and helping drive desired results. You will work closely with various internal teams to provide support for offer compliance, strategy changes, and planning and analysis.


Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with various functional teams (including Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Pricing Execution, IT, BI, Finance, Operations) to ensure that pricing strategies are consistently applied across the various BRS sales channels (including Call Centre, Retail, Field, Retention)
  • Create and manage a weekly dashboard from a large database of customer sales data that will provide clear insight into activity taking place in the BRS sales channels
  • Priming the implementation of new price plans from approval through to development and execution
  • Ongoing tracking, support and resolution of offer usage and compliance amongst the BRS sales channels
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling on pricing decisions for new and existing customers
  • Business case support: data collection, qualitative analysis, identifying revenue opportunities, cost savings, and profitability analysis
  • Work with Finance and marketing teams to develop financials forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Produce materials and business documentation, as required, for presentations all the way up to the President level


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, pricing, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong financial modelling and presentation skills, comfort with ambiguity and a fast paced environment
  • Advanced in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) & experience with database applications (BI Query, SAS, SQL etc.)
  • Able to challenge the status quo to build better processes
  • Autonomous and disciplined self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage rapidly changing priorities
  • Actively pursuing or possess CPA/CFA designation considered an asset
  • Telecom experience is an asset


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
