The Bell Marketing Platform:

The Bell Marketing Platform brings together our suite of data-enabled products, Bell Analytics, Bell DSP and SAM TV. By simplifying the media buying process, you have the ability to identify, connect and measure the right audiences across all formats – in a single unified experience. From building audience segments and planning campaigns in Bell Analytics to activating those campaigns across video, display, connected TV, audio and out-of-home in the Bell DSP and SAM TV, our products make it easier to reach audiences and get measurable results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products that drive value for marketers and Bell
  • Drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Identify key industry, competitor and technology trends to inform product decisions
  • Lead communication with cross-functional teams. You are as comfortable in detailed engineering discussions as you are in open conversations with customers.
  • Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for development of product offerings
  • Work closely with Data Platform product owners to enable data-enhanced product offerings for marketers
  • Work with marketing and sales to execute the go to market strategy
  • Analyze and act on business metrics and data to grow the business

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • 5+ years building and shipping enterprise B2B product features as a product manager, often working with complex enterprise technologies and across a matrixed organization
  • Experience with advertising technologies such as with DSP, SSP, DMP or other campaign planning or management platforms.
  • Experience working in TV media planning, activation and measurement
  • Experience working in an agile build squad / team. Grasps the fundamentals of agile / scrum based iterative product development, including user story development, backlog grooming, managing velocity, and establishing metrics of success
  • Technical background a plus, including experience working with common enterprise software-as-a-service platforms, service-oriented architectures, and modern software environments (JavaScript-based, APIs, AWS services, etc.)
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience in working directly with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive with a passion for learning, and is results oriented
