Position Description:

Reporting to the Sr. Digital Product Manager, this position will act as the evangelist for CTV’s digital portfolio of products.  The successful candidate will lead the vision, development, management and maintenance of the brand’s digital products across mobile web, app platforms, online sites and emerging platforms, such as voice-assisted devices. The manager will work closely with content, development, design, project management, research, sales, and other stakeholders, to ultimately create exceptional cross-platform experiences that support Bell Media’s digital business and brand goals.


Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Develop product strategy and roadmap for CTV’s digital products that takes into account the market, customer needs, user feedback, and Bell Media’s needs
    • Translate the digital roadmap into clear and concise product requirements, own and prioritize the development backlog
    • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product
    • Integrate usability studies, key metrics findings, research findings into product requirements to enhance the customer experience
    • Work in partnership with digital stakeholders to gather feedback, assess priorities and organize into agile-led initiatives
  • Lead the ideation, development and on-going enhancements of innovative products
    • Build business cases to support new initiatives
  • Support CTV’s product offering with a strong focus on ad and revenue opportunities
  • Report on status of all digital projects in progress and performance of products in-market, and identify market opportunities


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management or digital environment with a preference given to media experience
  • Experience with agile project / product management
  • Ability to analyze data, pivot strategy based on results or reacting to marketplace trends
  • Comfort with technological solutions and terminology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to organize and deliver large-scale projects on strict deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for product excellence and partner success



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
