Position Description:  

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the successful candidate will guide the vision, development, and management of our addressable audio program, which includes channel enablement, audience data integration, measurement, and distribution. The Product Manager will work closely with other product owners, developers, vendors, and other business stakeholders to grow the addressable audio category, as well as uncover new opportunities to broaden our ad product portfolio.


Here’s a sample of what you may be asked to do:

  • Assist in developing the product roadmap and define feature priority.
  • Provide direction and adherence to the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of a project or program, following the Delivery Process framework.
  • Monitor critical path, identifying and mitigating areas of risk.
  • Arrange for the assignment of responsibility to other supporting facilities, business areas, and support functions, and monitors their performance.
  • Lead projects following the Agile or Waterfall methodologies 
  • Develop workback schedules, project plans, budgets, action logs etc.
  • Prepare and share senior level communications and updates as required.
  • Arrange and facilitate all required meetings. 
  • Lead and facilitate vendor submission reviews and contract negotiations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their understanding of the digital channel and the uniqueness of its business requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities that align with the vision to deliver best in class ad products and experiences.

What you should bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track-record of managing technical projects.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem; functionality of core platforms (i.e. SSP, DMP, Ad Server, etc.), and major vendors (i.e. GAM, Freewheel, Xandr, Magnite, etc.).
  • PMI – ACP Certification (PMI) or in the process of obtaining Certification is an asset.
  • Experience delivering software and system integration projects within the broadcast, digital media, and/or telecommunication industry is a major asset.
  • Strong proficiency with JIRA & Confluence.
  • Expert using MS Suite including Microsoft Project & PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Thorough attention to detail and strong technical acumen.
  • Capacity for self-motivation, self governing and creative problem solving.
  • Ability and expereince to report project status to senior leaders and the executive group.
