Job Profile

Join the Brand Partnerships Sports team as a Program Manager and work with some of the best brands in media across the Bell Media Sports portfolio. Bring some of the best Brand Partnerships to life in this exciting, challenging, ever-changing landscape across television, digital, social and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Brand Partnership (BP) opportunities across a cluster of Bell Media TV, digital & social assets representing all BP initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with all agencies and direct clients
- Lead internal and external client communication including status calls, kick-off-meetings, work-back planning and business/campaign reviews
- Create and manage project plans and related documentation in accordance with established project management methodology (WBS, Budget, LOA, etc.)
- Engage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals, and instill confidence to ensure alignment to and adoption of solutions
- Authentic, professional and confident communicator able to influence project teams and stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills
- Create and update critical paths, blocking charts and other Program Management assets and documents
- Draft creative briefs for sponsorships, branded content and in-show integrations, animations and other creative assets / elements
- Ensure successful execution of programs across all platforms
- Deliver proof-of-performance documents as required for clients and partners
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Work with Production Coordinator to ensure on-air delivery of relevant media assets across a number of studio and live-event broadcasts and productions
- Work collaboratively with various Bell Media departments to ensure campaign deadlines are met, including: Sales, Marketing, Digital, Content/Editorial, Finance, Legal, Creative Agency, Communications and more
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions
Critical Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in program management (media experience a strong asset)
- Strong relationship building and leadership skills, with excellent written and verbal presentation/communication skills
- Takes initiative with a take-charge attitude is a must
- Able to multi-task and juggle many projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
