Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager – Experienced Graduate to join our Customer Experience team as part of the Graduate Program. In this role, you will support the identification, analysis, and improvement of business processes that enhance operational performance and customer experience. This role is designed for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of projects from conception to implementation, focusing on business process improvements and AI-driven solutions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, AIDE and other key business partners to achieve project goals.
  • Support the design and implementation of AI Driven solutions aligned with business priorities across Customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the business.
  • Analyze business requirements, prepare project documentation, create business cases, and develop process plans.
  • Create and maintain project documentation in databases.
  • Organize logistics, take meeting minutes, update action item registers.
  • Assist in preparing project updates and presentations for stakeholders by summarizing key findings and progress.
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with the adoption of new processes and technologies across stakeholders.


 

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of project management, including the ability to develop and manage roadmaps that support goals and deliverables.
  • Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to contribute to presentations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of business processes and operational KPIs (through education or experience).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate initiative, and continuously learn.


 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
