Position: Sales Coordinator, Bell Media, Non-mgmt
Location: 50 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto (Ontario)
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist Multi market Sales Account Executives with presentations and media proposals ensuring outmost accuracy
- Responsible creating, booking contracts in various media systems, entries, revisions, proposal entries and maintenance of all media campaigns
- Liaise with various departments ensuring the follow through on campaign details
- Effectively communicate information between sales account executive and their clients
- Generate reports to account executives showing activity within Markets
- Responsible for campaign analysis. Pre and Post
- Work on various projects independently and within a team
- Proactive and takes initiatives to ensure campaigns maintained and delivered
- Maintain all client folders to include all pertinent details
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years related work experience (customer service, coordinator, administration)
- College/University education in marketing, administration or related field, is an asset
- Past experience in media, advertising, is an asset
- Strong work ethic, resourceful, attention to detail and discreet with strong follow-up skills
- Independent, resourceful, detail oriented, welcomes innovations and change
- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IBMS and Wide Orbit, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
