On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure successful delivery of process and procedures related to custom service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead business analyst on a project with a focus on eliciting and validating requirements with customers prior to delivery
- Work with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to develop end to end IT Service Management and operational process documents
- Lead cross-functional requirement gathering and requirement analysis
- Lead process design and documentation for processes related to IT Service Management and operations
- Analyze and validate the impacts of system, functional or process changes
- Develop and deliver customer facing documentation which outlines required interactions with Bell’s operational teams
- Define and manage execution of end user acceptance testing (UAT) and operational readiness testing (ORT)
- Ensure user satisfaction and support during the testing process
Critical Qualifications
- Proven business analysis skills and experience
- Commercially recognized business analysis education (preferred CBAP)
- Knowledge of the Bell Business Market segments
- Experience in the planning cycle and project approval process
- Experience working with customers to elicit and document requirements
- Excellent analytical, presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately and effectively
- Ability to produce high quality documents (process, Ops Model, BRD, BPD, and executive summaries)
- Ability to define conceptual solutions by documenting current and future mode of operations (CMO vs FMO) and develop process maps
- Ability to define business requirements that describe the solution and mode of operations
- Facilitate requirements gathering – the ability to pull together experts to get the right information
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple understandable format
- Strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
- Demonstrated ability to learn both complex technical concepts and end-to-end business work flow
- Have the skills to influence the project team for the alignment differences in ideas or solutions
- Strong ability to express point of view, to negotiate and manage risks
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams, to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP Certification
- Project management experience
- University or college degree
- Strong understanding and experience with change management principles
- Previous exposure and understanding of Bell’s IT Service Management
- 5+ years relevant job experience
- Bilingualism English and French is an asset;In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
