We are seeking:
Senior Program Manager who is a natural leader and facilitator, who is driven, organized, detailed oriented and enjoys developing business process to eliminate ambiguity. An excellent program/project manager communicating seamlessly with all levels of the organization. He/She will be adept at facilitating actions, resolving conflicts, managing relationships and influencing others to perform at the highest level. Under pressure, this person will mobilize their team as one unit to tackle any challenge.

What you’ll work on:

  • Collaborate with teams to develop strategic blueprints and set roadmaps with process flows, TCO analysis, business requirements, architecture designs, implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any engineered solution deployment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute a seamless products launch including “factory” start-up, ramp up and delivery to stakeholders. Key team members include architects, technologists, business analysts, operation administrator, vendor partners and finance.
  • Develop pre-launch and ramp up build plans with metrics that lead the team to work strategically and efficiently. Pivotal metrics are volume, schedule, cost, quality, availability and time to deploy.
  • Establish Quality programs and control plans for early detection of issues and to ensure highest level of Quality and Reliability is consistently delivered.
  • Develop metrics to measure the team’s progress and success at deliver on commitments. Act as the Operations technical lead in communicating project readiness and identifying risks.
  • Take on the role of preproduction operations manager including developing build mission and schedule, hosting the daily morning meeting and driving resolution of build issues technically & operational.
  • Coordinate the phase out of obsolete technologies and processes with the launch of new technologies.

  • Great written and communication skills
  • Ninja Master Knowledge of Project Management and Agile Delivery
  • A candidate with a strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (a good sense of humor is a bonus)
  • Highly skilled  in project &  talent management
  • Inspire others through your leadership
  • University degree in computer science/Engineering or Information Technology
  • If you have one of these, it’s even better:
  • Experience with container environment: Docker, DockerSwarm, Kubernetes (because new stuff is fun!)
  • Experience with Cloud technologies – Azure, Google Platform, AWS, etc.

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
