The Brand team works collaboratively with all business units to ensure brand consistency across Bell communications including digital experiences and sponsorship activations. Brand also supports our sponsorship, web presence, social media and market insights teams. 

In this role you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive decision making, strategy and tactics. The Senior Manager, Digital Analyst will provide objective, value-added insights, deep-dive analysis, dashboards, advise on KPI’s and act a general data evangelist. Your advertising industry knowledge, combined with your analytical and interpersonal skills, will help solve marketing measurement challenges across multiple business units.  Not only will you be an authority on measurement, attribution, and analytical solutions, but you are naturally curious, love to build relationships, and are viewed as a trustworthy adviser.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute analytics plans on large data sets representing the behaviors, demographics and product attribute of prospects and existing customers
  • Understand business unit objectives and increase business impact by solving complex measurement problems that advance digital maturity
  • Deliver action-oriented insights to further optimize marketing strategy & improve our targeting approach
  • Help business units navigate increasing measurement ambiguity through a deep command of trends
  • Use a variety of analytical methods (descriptive, diagnostic and predictive) to find insights
  • Based on evidence, make recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to support marketing/channel mix strategies, multivariate and A/B testing
  • Establish Business Intelligence reporting that can be automated using reporting tools; Define, communicate and enforce reporting and analytics standards, policies and data governance
  • Proactively identify new data sets to incorporate into media and analytics platforms for deeper optimization and reporting opportunities, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
  • Deliver clear, concise and timely reports and presentations identifying trends, issues and opportunities


Education, Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
  • 5+ years experience in a digital analytics/marketing role
  • Data driven mindset. Numbers should be what drive your decision-making
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics 360
  • Demonstrated experience using data visualization tools and techniques (Tableau, PowerBI, etc..)
  • Experience using SQL, R or equivalent data management and analysis languages
  • Demonstrated experience with conducting quantitative analyses
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and managing/prioritizing project pipelines
  • Comfortable crafting data driven narratives and ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts to a general audience  
  • Self starter with an enabler mindset


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
