The Digital Ad Operations team is seeking an innovative and dynamic candidate to assume the leadership role of overseeing the Digital Account Management team while helping to integrate ever-changing ad technologies. As Senior Manager, Digital Platforms and Account Management, the candidate will manage a team including account managers and ad operations specialists responsible for flawless delivery and execution of direct and programmatic campaigns.


  • Lead and manage a team of account managers and ad operations specialists to support digital sales teams in achieving business objectives
  • Implement and maintain end-to-end account management processes while integrating ever-evolving operational technologies including programmatic and OMS workflows
  • Develop and implement tactics to streamline programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deal ID’s alongside direct campaigns
  • Champion account manager transition to include trafficking responsibilities involving direct and programmatic creatives and line item setup
  • Support account management teams to resolve any creative/campaign issues and address them with clients
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to align Sales and Ad Operations teams to meet sales targets
  • Responsible for on-boarding and training new account management team members
  • Motivate account teams to increase technical knowledge through industry participation and encourage technical assertion to resolve day-to-day trafficking issues
  • Collaborate with programmatic, technical account management and sales teams to continually optimize and improve ad operations processes

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead people to achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven, dynamic and results-oriented with desire to influence and promote change and efficiency
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in digital advertising space with proven track-record of successful campaign management in achieving optimal revenue growth and client/stakeholder satisfaction
  • Experience working within the programmatic ecosystem and its various components including header bidding, EBDA, SSP/DSP and vendor relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple issues through effective prioritization and delegation
  • Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions
  • Technical savvy and desire to understand current ad-tech stack mechanics and new revenue-generating technologies in digital advertising
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully proficient in MS suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • University degree or equivalent experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Professional business acumen
  • Financial and yield analysis basics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Clear, effective, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
