Astral is looking for an experienced leader with a demonstrated track record in the OOH industry who will lead the Ontario Real Estate Operations and Development division. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal to drive Astral’s strategic long-term priorities.

  • Oversee the OOH Real Estate Leasing and Operations division for Ontario
  • Ensure all lease agreements across the province are managed according to the terms of each agreement
  • Ensure contracts lifecycles are consistently monitored and appropriate renewal steps are taken at the appropriate times for all agreements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key real estate operators and partners
  • Lead RFP responses and develop final proposals in partnership with key internal stakeholders
  • Monitor municipal activities and changes that impact the OOH industry across all major regions 
  • Monitor municipal and private property RFP pipelines related to OOH advertising opportunities and make recommendations based on overall potential value and fit with Astral’s overall strategy 
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to continue to define the overall strategic site development roadmap
  • Work with Finance teams and ensure annual lease operating budgets are accurately forecasted and monthly rent and tax payments are processed by the appropriate teams



  • Experience in OOH Real Estate Leasing Operations and Business Development 
  • Experience working with municipal and provincial government agencies
  • Exceptional negotiation, contract development and management skills
  • Experience in managing, developing and meeting financial budgets
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence key decision makers
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to think creatively and handle multiple simultaneous projects 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – experience presenting to senior level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
