Summary
Bell Media is seeking a highly organized and partner-focused Senior Manager of Global Partner Marketing and Assets who will be seconded to support Sphere Abacus, a Bell Media company, which acquires and distributes a diverse slate of premium, multi-genre programming for the global content market. In this crucial operational role, you will act as the central point of contact for the distribution and management of all marketing assets for our Canadian titles worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring our international partners have timely access to the materials they need, while also managing the approval process for partner-created content. This position is ideal for a project management or marketing operations professional who excels at building efficient systems and fostering strong partner relationships.
The role is based in Toronto, Ontario and will report to the Global Director, Marketing and Communications, Sphere Abacus, in London, England.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Marketing Asset Distribution: Act as the key liaison between domestic marketing/creative teams and global partners to secure and distribute all necessary marketing assets (e.g., digital, out-of-home, social media content).
- Field and Fulfill Partner Requests: Serve as the primary contact for all inbound marketing and asset requests from international partners, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Develop and Oversee Approval Workflows: Build and manage an agile and effective framework for the review and approval of all marketing materials created by global partners, ensuring brand alignment.
- Support International Rollouts: Partner with the Senior Manager of Global PR and Talent to ensure marketing asset delivery aligns with the detailed international rollout plans for our key series.
- Cultivate Strong Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all global partners, establishing yourself as a reliable and efficient resource.
Critical Qualifications
- A university degree, marketing degree, or equivalent, with a preferred minimum of ten years of experience in the media, marketing, or project management industry.
- Proven ability as a strong multi-tasker, capable of organizing and managing multiple priority projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of building excellent working relationships with business partners.
- The ability to liaise professionally and effectively with partners, producers, and other internal and external contacts.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, administrative, and project prioritization skills.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
