About the Role
As Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Deal support, you will serve as a trusted strategic and commercial advisor to the executive leadership team, helping shape the organization's most critical partnership, investment, commercial, and growth decisions.
In this highly visible role, you will lead complex negotiations and evaluate strategic opportunities, translating business priorities, stakeholder interests, and market dynamics into actionable outcomes. Working closely with senior executives, customers, technology partners, investors, government stakeholders, and industry leaders, you will drive high-impact transactions and initiatives that support the growth and long-term success of Bell AI Fabric.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive negotiations from initial engagement through signed agreement and implementation readiness.
- Develop negotiation strategies, positions, commercial recommendations, and escalation pathways.
- Identify key risks, value drivers, and commercial trade-offs.
- Create and manage negotiation issue lists and ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Maintain momentum across all stakeholders and proactively remove bottlenecks that could delay outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing commercial insights, strategic analysis, and recommendations on partnerships, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate business opportunities, develop business cases, and support executive decision-making through financial and commercial analysis.
- Translate complex commercial issues into clear executive-level recommendations.
- Prepare negotiation briefs, investment summaries, decision memos, commercial analyses, and executive presentations.
- Support investment, governance, and executive decision-making processes.
- Drive accountability and alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
- Challenge assumptions, elevate thinking, and contribute new perspectives while maintaining a collaborative approach.
Critical Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in one or more of Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Investing and more...
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading complex transactions, negotiations, or commercial initiatives.
- Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to independently drive complex workstreams and achieve outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Preferred Qualifications

CFA designation strongly preferred.

CPA designation considered an asset.

Experience involving infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, digital infrastructure, energy, real estate, or AI-related sectors is beneficial but not required.

Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
