- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Network, Operations, and executive leaders to drive alignment and accelerate execution.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional issues, proactively recommending solutions and driving resolution.
- Lead the development of CEO briefings, board materials, government pitch decks, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Translate complex information into concise, decision-oriented recommendations, highlighting key opportunities, risks, trade-offs, and actions.
- Support engagements with senior Bell executives, government stakeholders, customers, partners, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
- Bring exceptional project management discipline to fast-moving and ambiguous initiatives, ensuring priorities remain on track and critical deliverables are executed effectively.
- Establish clear governance, accountability, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, decision-making, and execution across the organization.
- Increase the pace of execution by reducing ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring critical priorities move forward efficiently.

- Proven success supporting senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-stakes situations.
- Exceptional execution and project management skills, with a track record of driving complex initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including structuring ambiguity, identifying root causes, and building practical, scalable, process-light solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs, executive reporting, business-critical funnels, dashboards and strategic priorities.
- Ability to synthesize complexity into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
- Curiosity, rapid learning ability, and enthusiasm for AI tools that improve productivity and decision-making
