Bell Media is seeking a Sr. Partner Manager – SAM DSP to drive new/increased adoption of the SAM Demand Side Platform (DSP) for Advertisers & Agencies.  In this position you will provide business consultation, cultivate senior level client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities in order to maximize SAM DSP revenue.

 

This will be achieved by developing long-term partnerships to drive value for both Bell and the client with a strategic consulting focus and a win-win mentality. You will ultimately be accountable for achieving SAM DSP sales targets by overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to close, with regular guidance and partnership with Account Executives and Product teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet individual SAM DSP revenue target, and contribute to the overall revenue success of Bell Media.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new and assigned clients onto the SAM Demand Side Platform.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with senior- and C-level client executives to develop an understanding of their business and technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape.
  • Build, cultivate and nurture relationships throughout client’s organization to grow business partnership.
  • Create and execute on sophisticated and strategic Account Plans to maximize SAM DSP and client success
  • Drive the creation and delivery of quarterly and annual business reviews with clients to grow incremental business.  
  • Ensure client success and satisfaction with SAM DSP solutions. Provide feedback to product teams on needs and use cases to shape roadmap.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in account vision and business delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in media sales; either using programmatic platforms, or showcase an ability to gain a deep understanding of technology enabled advertising solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Media, Technology or other related field.
  • Comfortable building and managing relationships at all levels within our partner organizations, including C-Suite and across verticals such as legal, procurement, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets in a fast paced and changing environment
  • You care about solving big, systemic problems. You look beyond the surface to understand root causes so that you can build long-term solutions for the whole ecosystem
  • Superior presentation skills at the executive level, great communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in generating new business and managing complex contracts
  • You like to take risks when looking for novel solutions to complex problems. If faced with roadblocks, you continue to reach higher to make greatness happen
  • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills. You know how to motivate others to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
