Summary

The Bell AI Fabric team is at the forefront of bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to the Canadian market. As we expand our portfolio of partners, we need a dedicated product leader to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ensure our sales teams are equipped to succeed.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Management, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be the expert on our AI Fabric partner offerings. You will be responsible for translating complex technical solutions into compelling, value-driven offers for our Enterprise and Government customers. This role is critical for bridging the gap between our partners' evolving products and our customer-facing teams, ensuring that our sales materials are not only technically accurate but also strategically positioned to win in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the detailed GTM plans for core AI Fabric partner offerings, including identifying target verticals, defining value propositions, and positioning products for Enterprise and Government customers.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Act as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape for assigned partner products, using this intelligence to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Act as the product owner for sales enablement. Create and maintain core sales materials, including playbooks, battle cards, and training documentation, while coordinating with marketing teams for final refinement and launch.
  • Partner Commercialization: Work directly with AI Fabric partners to support the commercialization of their offerings on Bell’s platforms, ensuring alignment on messaging and GTM strategy.
  • Sales Engagement & Support: Serve as the primary product GTM contact for our sales teams, providing them with the technical and commercial expertise needed to effectively articulate value and close deals.
  • Launch Management: Coordinate the cross-functional launch of new partner integrations and market solutions, working closely with product, marketing, and corporate communications to ensure a successful and impactful release.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Define and track key GTM success metrics (e.g., sales adoption of enablement materials, product-specific pipeline, win rates) to measure the impact of GTM initiatives and inform future strategy.

Critical Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales Engineering role, preferably within a B2B technology or telecommunications company.
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for highly technical products or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, value-driven messaging for both sales teams and customers.
  • Experience creating impactful sales enablement materials (e.g., playbooks, product guides, training materials) from the ground up.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and external partners.
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and productivity.
