  • Manage and protect the relationship between Dome Productions and their internal clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key internal partnership customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
  • Develop relationships based on value help to overcome issues of price and create strong barriers to competition.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, initiatives that can be translated  into Dome Productions solution opportunities.
  • Understand and provide support that will continually improve the customer relationship
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Work closely with internal technical staff and colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Resolve conflicts and manages customer expectations
  • Support the timely response to and resolution of client inquiries
  • Interact with clients both verbally and through written communication
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to the client’s concern and project a professional image when dealing with the client
  • Build key customer relationships and proactively identify business opportunities
  • Suggest operational approaches and technical solutions to perceived production complexities
  • Provide cost effective, detailed and high quality solutions
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Oversee and take responsibility from the quoting stage through to invoice stage.
  • Provide quotes as required and manage event budget –review and approve quotes prepared by production coordinators for accuracy, completeness and alignment with published rate cards and  budget.
  • Work with Production Coordinators, Operational and engineering staff to provide Senior Management with details related to client’s portfolio such as revenue, margin and costs for annual business plan and quarterly forecasts.
  • Work closely with customer-facing staff to explain the needs of the client and motivate them to the highest standard of service.
  • Debrief events with key stakeholders to find efficiencies and improve client services. Review Technical Producer’s reports to identify issues, rectify and escalate problems. If necessary, communicate back to the client in a timely fashion.
  • Update and maintain extensive knowledge of the broadcast and event production market conditions and current trending technology
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences to maintain client relations, and provide feedback and information on market and creative and technological trends
  • Strong understanding of Dome Productions services; mobile, distribution, studio digital and knowledge of its competitors



  • Excellent knowledge of television event coverage for live event sports and entertainment productions
  • Strong customer focus and listening skills- the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and technical leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail accuracy
  • Knowledge of production techniques, operational and technical performance capabilities with mobile technical equipment
  • Proactive with the ability to identify and reach amicable solutions through negotiation and compromise
  • Self- starter with excellent time management skills, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and react quickly and efficiently to last minute changes
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • 5-10 years industry related experience  in the remote broadcast business environment, mobile production, fibre and satellite distribution.
  • Passion for the mobile business with a comprehensive understanding of technical broadcast production - a thirst for working at the leading edge
  • An innovative thinker who embraces and nurtures change
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Must be flexible in working hours and on call requirements
  • Must be able to travel to events and client meetings throughout Canada and the United States
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
