Summary
The Senior Program Manager, Human Resources, is responsible for leading the execution of large-scale HR initiatives and enterprise-wide workforce transformations. In this position, the successful candidate will be accountable for translating executive strategy into actionable plans and leading end-to-end execution.
Additionally, this role acts as a central coordinator and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in support of their Executive clients. The successful candidate must be highly adaptable, comfortable with tight timelines and rapid execution, and capable of managing multiple priorities that frequently shift with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution for major corporate HR initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing risk, and preventing operational disruptions.
- Drive the evolution of HR strategies, transitioning from traditional programmatic models to agile, continuous frameworks that meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex HR projects, aligning multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring critical milestones are met on schedule.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives alongside immediate executional requirements.
- Partner with CoEs to develop comprehensive communication frameworks, and go-to market strategies, acting as the primary HRBP liaison and advisor to the CoEs, providing continuous feedback
- Deliver high-quality, data-driven executive reporting on complex workforce initiatives, leveraging strong technical and analytical capabilities that inform strategic leadership decisions.
- Manage financial tracking and governance for HR projects, ensuring costs and budgets are maintained strictly within financial tolerances.
Critical Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Project/Program Management, Management Consulting, or HR Strategy,
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive large-scale enterprise change, and transition teams to agile operating models.
- Strong capability in building business cases, managing complex budgets, and partnering with Finance teams to track ROI and operational savings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of developing executive-level presentations, speaking notes, and enablement of toolkits.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset
- Professional designations such as PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or PROSCI Change Management certification, are assets
