Summary
We are seeking a strategic and driven Solutions Sales Specialist focused on Infrastructure Services (IS). In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by delivering tailored infrastructure solutions to enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal sales teams, technical experts, and external stakeholders to position our IS portfolio as a strategic enabler of digital transformation within the telecom space.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Core Sales teams to identify and qualify IS opportunities across enterprise accounts.
- Promote and position infrastructure services, including data center, cloud, networking, storage, and managed services.
- Highlight solutions from leading vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Dell Technologies, and HPE to meet client needs.
- Develop and present customized solutions that align with client business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead client engagements from discovery through proposal and negotiation, ensuring a seamless sales cycle.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast accuracy using CRM tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or IT infrastructure services.
- Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Dell Technologies, and HPE.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, HPE), networking, and data center operations.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, especially for roles based in Quebec.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
