Summary
The AI Operations/Projects team’s objective is to lead strategic initiatives through AI-driven solutions and process improvements. The Specialist, Business Process, will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing these enhancements to support Customer Operations. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual capable of executing multiple projects, delving into complex business problems, and driving change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end projects, from conception to implementation, focusing on business process improvements and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, AIDE and other key business partners to execute on project goals.
- Support the design and implementation of AI Driven solutions to support various business priorities across Customer Operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the business.
- Analyze business requirements, prepare project documentation, create business cases, and develop detailed process plans.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on project status, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across all stakeholders and partners.
Critical Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage multiple roadmaps while delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong business analytics skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with or a strong understanding of AI applications in a business context, including LLMs and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated comfort and experience in preparing documents for and presenting to executive audiences.
- A deep understanding of business processes and KPIs within Customer Operations.
- Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and manage change effectively across various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in the telecommunications industry.
- Experience in a role involving business process improvement or analysis.
- Skills with Power BI, MicroStrategy, and/or SAS to support automation initiatives.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
