On the Consumer and Small business team you’ll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. Summary
The acquisition marketing team is seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to shape long-term marketing priorities and inform decisions through data-driven insights. This role focuses on leveraging data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize targeting strategies, and guide resource allocation to maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain marketing plans informed by data analysis, market trends, and competitive intelligence to support long-term growth objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep-dive analytics to uncover patterns, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to improve targeting, segmentation, and prioritization.
- Opportunity Identification: Use data to pinpoint areas for market share growth, including new segments, channels, and emerging trends.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Finance teams to build forecasts, scenario models, and opportunity sizing for strategic initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor marketing effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate insights and strategic recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Innovation & Optimization: Recommend enhancements to marketing strategies, leveraging advanced analytics and new data sources to improve targeting and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, planning, or strategy; experience in telecommunications or related industries is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualization tools.
- Business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
