As the Neighborhood Marketing Team Channel Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will hold a key role within the team by managing the day-to-day execution of the territory deployment strategy for NMT with the opportunity to improve and optimize existing processes for area management and reporting. A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position.


Job duties/Accountabilities:

  • Lead the execution of the territory deployment strategy with inputs to optimization
  • Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performance
  • Effectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders
  • Ensure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelines
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growth
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups such as marketing, regional services and customer care

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • High performer with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience
  • Flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt to a complex, constantly evolving work environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team
  • Creative and analytical - adept with quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with  leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to personal development
  • Strong MS Office skills with particular excellence in Excel

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • University Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science or  equivalent work experience, which ensures an equivalent level of competency (2-5 years)
  • Experience with SQL-based databases
  • Database knowledge (SAS, Oracle and EDW)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce CRM
  • Experience with analytics modeling
  • Experience working in a highly charged sales environment
  • Knowledge of Bell Field Sales


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
