Position:   Student Creative Design Coordinator
Location:   Toronto, Ontario (50 Eglinton Ave. East)



• Prepare presentations for Sales, Creative and Marketing
• Work closely with creative team; provide assistance with creative briefs, ideas,
• Work directly with the Sales and Production teams to create concepts and designs for out-of-home advertising
• Prepare client ad files for print and digital
• Work and communicate with both national and local sales teams
• Various administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned



• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Word) required
• Experience in Adobe After Effects a bonus
• Must be a great team player, working well with others
• Detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Must be enrolled in a post-secondary educational program with a focus in graphic design and/or advertising


Design portfolio required.


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
