Description:

Bell Media Inc. is looking for a web designer/integrator and web project manager for its Trois-Rivières and Drummondville’ radio stations. The work environment is highly stimulating, the working group is kind and the pace is fast! ÉNERGIE and Rouge FM are looking for the person who will be able to convey the on-air emotion … on the web and on social media!

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Produce, design or integrate projects on both ÉNERGIE and Rouge FM websites
  • Integrate contests and promotions on our websites through a CMS
  • Film and edit short videos with our hosts and other well-known personalities
  • Create HTML newsletters
  • Apply the digital standards for the ÉNERGIE and Rouge FM brands
  • Coordinate the content integration on our four radio stations’ websites
  • Control the website quality of ÉNERGIE and Rouge FM
  • Manage and monitor our Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram radio stations’ pages
  • Produce visual imagery, animations, marketing campaigns for the stations as well as commercial advertising banners
  • Having a facilitator role for less technically advanced team members and praise our digital platforms as well as our social media to our radio staff
  • Work with the technical team to find ideas and solutions facing daily challenges
  • All other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

 

Skill requirements and qualifications:

  • Training in web design or related fields
  • Strong experience in project management
  • Good knowledge in HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to edit video with Premiere and/or Final Cut (an asset)
  • Knowledge in social media and master them
  • Knowledge of Quebec culture and music
  • Experience in graphic design
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong skills in coordination and written communication
  • Able to handle work stress
  • Good social skills as well as a customer service approach
  • Creativity, autonomy and adaptability
  • Oriented towards solutions, problem-solving and a positive attitude

 

Additional information:

  • Job status: Temporairy – Full Time (12-month contract - Maternity leave replacement)
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 9H00AM to 5H00PM. Availability to work overtime when required
  • Work location: 1500 Royal ST., Suite 206, Trois-Rivières, QC.

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
