Job Summary:

The holder will act as a representative for all residential customers in all matters relating to sales of products and services, billing, requests and complaints.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Answer and make calls to residential customers for all products and services offered by Télébec regarding sales, billing, claims and various applications
  • Proceed in the complete analysis of the client’s needs and assess sales opportunities during each customer contact while promoting the company’s products and services
  • Handle all requests, complaints and claims of customers on all aspects of the customer service
  • Treat the orders by respecting the quality and accuracy of information and assure coordination for the execution of the deadlines
  • Meet sales targets as well as the objectives set by the service (service quality index, sales conversion rate, average talk time, number of calls answered, etc.)
  • Promote the principles of personalized service in all contacts with customers
  • Maintain and ensure close monitoring of agreed follow up with customers
  • Perform any related work necessary

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Administration C.E.D or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in sales (an asset)
  • Knowledge of computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly customer oriented
  • Ability to sell
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Business language to transact with customers
  • High team spirit
  • Autonomous and responsible
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends (flexible schedule)
  • Fluent in French
  • Working knowledge in English

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
