What You'll Do
As a Delivery, Excellence & Architecture Grad, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions that enable business outcomes while building expertise in technology delivery, architecture, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Accelerate your growth in a 24-month rotational program, shifting from a foundational role to a second placement to broaden your technical and leadership experience.
- Drive transformation of the end-to-end delivery of key software, cloud, data, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze business needs to design future-state architectures and translate complex objectives into clear user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Champion process improvement and operational excellence, using data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving to tackle complex challenges.
- Pioneer innovation with emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance delivery precision.
Education & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree, college diploma, or CEGEP diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Less than three years of combined professional work experience, excluding internships.
- Eligible for Bell's Graduate Program as outlined on the Students & Graduates website.
- Located in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, or Quebec City.
Core Capabilities & Technical Skills[
- Results-driven ownership mindset with a strong ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, proactively resolve blockers, and drive initiatives to completion using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Interest in how complex enterprise technologies, architectures, and digital workflows integrate to deliver end-to-end business value.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven capacity for systems thinking, issue decomposition, root-cause analysis, and mapping current-state workflows to target-state technical models.
- Translate high-level business goals and customer needs into structured technical requirements, data-flow diagrams, and conceptual system plans.
- A quick learner eager to build technical acumen across industry-leading platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow (CSM), and Google ecosystem.
- Foundational understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, ETL concepts) and modern system architectures (APIs, microservices, data ingestion, and cloud computing).
- Familiarity with basic object-oriented programming or scripting to build, automate, and analyze software, AI models, or datasets, including foundational knowledge of AI/ML. lifecycles, data management, and how system architecture supports enterprise AI strategy.
- Familiarity with leveraging low-code/no-code environments to rapidly automate workflows, build proofs of concept, or iterate on business processes.
