What You'll Do

As a Product & Initiative Management Graduate, you'll help bridge business strategy and technical execution while contributing to initiatives that create value for customers and the organization. 

  • Accelerate your growth in a 24-month rotational program, shifting from a foundational role to a second placement to broaden your technical and leadership experience.
  • Champion product roadmaps, services, and solutions that support both business objectives and customer needs.
  • Support Agile product and project delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive initiatives.
  • Analyze data, user needs, and customer journeys to create actionable requirements.
  • Apply design thinking, systems thinking, and structured problem-solving to address complex issues.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and new technologies to improve decision-making and enhance customer experiences. 

Education & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree, master's degree, college diploma, or CEGEP diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Less than three years of combined professional work experience, excluding internships.
  • Eligible for Bell's Graduate Program as outlined on the Students & Graduates website.
  • Located in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, or Quebec City.

Core Capabilities & Technical Skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passionate interest in product strategy, user experience, and driving change. A quick learner who embraces ambiguity to find clarity and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a proven capacity to analyze large datasets, uncover user behavior, and translate complex customer journeys and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
  • Results-driven ownership mindset with a proactive ability to organize work, prioritize backlogs, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • A quick learner eager to build technical acumen across industry-leading platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow (CSM), and Google ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of AI fundamentals (such as prompt engineering and machine learning) combined with familiarity in leveraging low-code/no-code environments to rapidly build, automate, and iterate on business processes.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking principles, whiteboard road mapping, and systems thinking to solve complex problems within a digital architecture.
