We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.

The Small Business group is a key group within Bell Canada that provides sophisticated, leading-edge product and services that are reliable and easy to use. Our customers are consumers of small business within the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

We are currently seeking dynamic and brilliant candidates who are sales driven by offering excellent customer service and convey trust by using Bell solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging Sales focused environment where you will become a vital part of our business through understanding our customers and providing needs based solutions that best assist their business growth.

Job Duties / Accountabilities: 

  • You will be required to receive customer calls and your main responsibilities will be:
  • To sell and reinforce customer relationship with Bell by addressing their issues, maximum revenue and grow the business by promoting and selling various products and service solutions that include but are not limited to: Business phone, Business Internet, Business TV, Bell Total Connect, IP access, Internet services, E-commerce, Web hosting solutions, Desktop security, business back-up solutions, Toll free etc.
  • Achieve defined objectives to sell and up sell new and existing customers
  • To perform data analysis of the customer’s business and its needs in Telecom, the services used with Bell and how we can enhance its global Telecom solution and increase its satisfaction towards Bell


Essential Qualifications / Competencies: 

  • Previous work experience in a customer service position and/or sales representative with superior negotiation skills (minimum 12 months)
  • English, fluent in the language with no significant limitation
  • French, fluent in the language with no significant limitation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Windows environment and ability to enter data correctly and efficiently
  • Sales experience with a high ability to read and influence people, mastery the sales process and techniques, high capacity to rebound on every call
  • Ability to effectively analyze customer accounts in web base systems and make quick innovative decisions in order to probe and propose solutions to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, have a strong desire to succeed


 Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Demonstrated Success within a sales environment, 12 months of experience in sales
  • Professionalism and ability to delight customers and build long term relationship
  • A positive disposition in the face of adversity and high energy
  • Good business sense and solid understanding of the environment of small business
  • College or post-secondary degree
  • Knowledge of markets or business telecommunication products
  • Excellent understanding of Internet technologies


 Working Conditions: 

  • Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm
  • Saturday  from 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday from 11am to 4pm


Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
