The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and Bell Home phone, local and long distance services.

 

The BRS digital marketing communications team is expanding! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Communications, you will act as a project manager with the overall responsibility of developing and executing online advertising campaigns as well as producing complete analysis to inform executive decisions. The primary focus will be on Bell Residential Services (TV, Internet and Home phone) communication campaigns, to help the business unit meet its objectives and build the Bell brand.

 

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, in partnership with our agencies, the digital advertising strategy for Residential Services.
  • Managing search engine marketing campaigns, social media/display activities and quarterly campaigns from briefing to execution and post-analysis.
  • Substantially growing the online sales channel and improving online targeted marketing strategies.
  • Producing reports and recommending opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with agencies and internal partners (creative studio, legal, product, marketing, etc).
  • Interacting with other marketing communications disciplines to ensure communications are integrated.

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Be passionate about Web and have basic knowledge of online advertising best practices.
  • Have an analytical mind and be oriented towards results.
  • Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results within a large company.
  • Have the ability to adapt to a demanding and variable fast-paced environment, to manage many projects at the same time, to balance the many demands and to establish a priority list of projects in order to respect deadlines.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Acrobat Writer, Office suite.
  • Degree/diploma in communications, marketing or related discipline.
  • 5-7 years experience managing digital advertising campaigns.

 

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual (French & English) oral/written skill is essential

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
