The Bell marketing communications team is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to take on the role of Specialist, Marketing Communications to support the ongoing planning and execution of the digital strategy as it relates to the website. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing communications, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of projects for the residential and small business segments. Your responsibilities will include all activities related to managing and developing the website: planning, customer experience, content management, and conversion.


Areas of responsibility


  • Manage short-term and long-term projects from start to finish. 
  • Improve the customer experience and e-commerce capabilities.
  • Analysis and optimization in order to drive incremental conversion.
  • Day-to-day management of campaigns, product launches, unique offers & pricing changes.
  • Develop briefs, requirements and change requests documents.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in class solutions.





  • Be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to deliver results within a large organization
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding and variable fast-paced environment, ability to manage many projects at the same time, to balance the many demands and to establish a priority list of projects in order to respect deadline.
  • Critical thinker who can make well-informed, thoughtful and thorough decisions.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, attention to detail and judgment in all communications work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment that is collaborative, complex, and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing communications or e-commerce.
  • Have a strong understanding of marketing communications principles.
  • Have diploma/degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Bilingual (French & English) oral/written.
  • Understanding of the basic SEO principles (asset).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics (asset).
  • Experience working with an Agile project delivery methodology (asset).



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
