The Neighbourhood Marketing team is seeking a results-oriented individual to lead the recruitment strategy for Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Reporting to the Director of Neighbourhood Marketing Operations, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with business leaders and other HR partners to assist and execute programs that meet business needs, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring experience. The Senior Manager will also lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals and apply strong leadership strategy that drives outstanding results

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to align recruitment activities to business needs and identify future organizational needs and priorities.
  • Deliver tangible business results by creating and implementing recruitment practices that produce exceptional d qualitative results
  • Assist the training and orientation of Sales Managers on the recruitment processes and tools utilized in the Neighbourhood Marketing department.
  • Collect and assess competitive intelligence to gain insights and advantages to strengthen our success and optimize our competitive advantage.
  • Apply marketing best practices to attract quality candidates, increase overall attraction and build talent pipelines
  • Mentor, coach and develop a team of HR professionals and develop Bell’s future leaders
  • Develop and work within budgets, create metrics and forecasts to effectively staff to business requirements
  • Create strategies to reduce attrition and increase engagement
     

Essential skills/competencies:

  • 5+ years experience in HR and Recruitment related position
  • Proven people leadership / coaching skills
  • High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • Experience in business transformation and related HR transition planning;
  • Strong sense of urgency; results and action oriented; a track record of execution
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to exercise sound  judgment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to comprehend business priorities, issues and people impacts
  • Demonstrated ability to create and build multiple partnerships
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • HR designation / education is an asset
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a significant asset
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo & SuccessFactors preferred)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
