Position: Digital Content Creator/Producer
Location: 1445 Pembina Highway

We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate online professional to join our team. Based out of our offices at 1445 Pembina Hwy in Winnipeg, the Digital Content Creator/Producer will be responsible for creating and maintaining website and online content for multiple Bell Media stations, maximizing engagement and interactivity with listeners and clients.
Under the direction of the Promotions Manager, the Regional Digital Account Manager, and working closely with the local Program Director, along with national Digital teams, the Digital Content Producer is responsible to help grow our digital reach and business. Focus will be on online creative content, content management, and innovative integration by executing on the following responsibilities:
Responsibilites
- Responsible for creating and publishing a variety of content types on our station websites and social media channels
- Develop highly engaging social content to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Use analytic tools to strategize and arm local teams with best practices
- Work directly with various content providers and the national content team to acquire and distribute content
- Build, schedule, monitor, and maintain social networking tools for all station properties on Facebook, X, Instagram, etc
- Work closely with all station personnel to disseminate permissions and workloads (first line support)
- Create and manage demand for accounts and account creation
- Production of graphics for multi-platform campaigns including online, social, email, print, and outdoor
- Represent and make sure that the recommended best practices for user experience are applied to their sites. (Design, UX & stats)
- Collaborate with Programming/Promotions to create a meaningful member experience
- Collaborate with Digital Product Managers and iHeartRadio National Content teams to deploy high level strategies, products and projects
- Communicate with iHeartRadio National team on local radio station content wins so that they can be promoted at a grander scale
- Planning and content creation for special events and campaigns
- Interpret digital metrics to evaluate campaigns/promotions/content
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Account Manager to produce custom high level advertising solutions for multiple clients across a variety of industries
- Attend all production and promotion meetings
- Assist in the development of integrated content with other Bell Media properties
- Troubleshoot problems with assistance from the national support team
- Other duties as assigned
Critical Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in graphic/multimedia design
- Experience with various content management systems, ie: Wordpress, Polopoly, Adobe Experience Manager, etc
- Experience implementing and interpreting digital metrics (Google Analytics, Omniture, Silverpop, Crowdtangle, etc.)
- Graphic design experience/skill with a contemporary design sensibility
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
- General awareness of social media platforms and best practices
- Demonstrated creativity in engaging users
- Must possess strong short form feature writing skills
- Must be organized and able to handle multiple assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and has a positive attitude
- Superior time management skills
- Must be resourceful and collaborative
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Attention to detail is extremely important and the ability to work within prescribed guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Video production, including filming and editing skills
- Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
