Frequently Asked Questions

Application

What do I need to include in my application?

You will need to complete all mandatory fields in the online application, which includes attaching your resume. Cover letters and academic transcripts are optional (unless you are applying to the Graduate Leadership Program, where a transcript is mandatory for consideration).

To whom should I address my cover letter?

Please address your cover letter to the Recruitment Team or to the Hiring Leader.

I applied to multiple roles and I cannot see their status on my profile?

In the case of multiple applications, your profile will display the latest version of the documents you uploaded. This does not affect nor override your previous applications or documents within.

What is the status of my application?

You can access the status of your application by logging into your profile directly on our career site: bell.ca/careers. At the end of our recruitment process, you will be notified by email of your final application status.

I am not a resident of Canada or the United States; which option should I choose when applying?
